16. Termination and Account Closure

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Recoon GmbH shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect Damages: Consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages
  • Data Loss: Loss of data, content, or information
  • Business Interruption: Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Third-Party Actions: Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. If you use the Service without payment, our liability is limited to €0 unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
